Let Only or Full Management?

We are finding that more and more Landlords are asking us to let and manage their properties. There are sound reasons for doing so, including peace of mind and less hassle! ‘Let Only’ means just that – we will find you an acceptable tenant and finalise the Tenancy documents. After that, its up to you to collect the rent and deal with any issues such as repairs, tenancy renewals etc. With Full Management, you just leave everything to us – and after letting your property, we will collect the rent (accounting to you for it monthly) and look after any authorised repairs. Our charges for Full Management are very competitive (and include compliance with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme requirements) – you might be pleasantly surprised.

Collection Of Rent

From receipt of rent on the rent due date we transmit rental income using the Bankers Automated Clearing System (BACS) direct to your account, credited as cleared funds within 5 working days of the rent day. We will provide you with regular statements via email or as hard copy showing details of the rent collected and transferred along with any expenses.

Transfer Of Utilities

Any electricity, gas, water and council tax accounts are setup from the start of the tenancy. Ensuring the tenant has responsibility.

Key Holding Service

We ensure a copy of the keys are available in case keys are lost by either the landlord or tenant.

Arranging any repairs and maintenance

We continually vet London and Surrey tradesmen, services and suppliers to ensure we only use companies providing the very best quality of workmanship, at a competitive price, on behalf of our clients.
